3. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program Terms (Important for A2P)

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Tikix International, you agree to our mobile messaging terms:

Program Description: We use SMS messaging to send service-related notifications, support ticket updates, onboarding alerts, 2FA codes, meeting reminders, and occasional marketing or promotional offers (if explicitly opted into).

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services and support team.

Pricing: Standard message and data rates may apply to all texts sent and received, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out (Cancellation): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or reply "START", and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and technical builds created by Tikix International during the provision of our services remain the intellectual property of Tikix International until full payment has been received and the final assets are officially transferred to the client, subject to the specific agreements of your service tier. The content on our website is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tikix International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
