Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan Newtown Philippines
Type: Full-Time · On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Salary: ₱45,000–₱80,000 per month (depending on experience)


Overview

Tikix International is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations in Cebu. This role is responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance while helping build a positive and productive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of Philippine labor practices, and experience supporting growing teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Manage employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations

  • Oversee HR records, documentation, and reporting requirements

  • Support learning, development, and career growth programs

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives

  • Manage compensation reviews, performance evaluations, and employee development plans

  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, including leadership or management responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems


Nice to Have

  • Experience working in international or multi-cultural organizations

  • Experience scaling teams in a fast-growing company

  • Background in BPO, technology, customer service, or service-based industries

  • HR certifications or professional development training

  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
