Schedule:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (may vary based on business needs)
Salary:₱22,000–₱35,000 per month (depending on experience)
Overview
Tikix International is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing Cebu team. We are looking for someone who is professional, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional support experiences.
In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and help ensure a positive experience with our services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels
Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests
Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain support records
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure consistent support quality
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
Meet established response time and service quality expectations
Requirements
At least 1 year of customer service, customer support, or related experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling customer concerns
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and web-based applications
Ability to work on-site in Cebu City
Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing company environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting international customers
Experience using CRM or customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar tools
Background in BPO, customer success, technical support, or client services
Experience handling email and live chat support
