Customer Support Representative

Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan Newtown Philippines
Type:Full-Time · On-Site
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (may vary based on business needs)
Salary:₱22,000–₱35,000 per month (depending on experience)


Overview

Tikix International is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing Cebu team. We are looking for someone who is professional, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional support experiences.

In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and help ensure a positive experience with our services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels

  • Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain support records

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary

  • Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure consistent support quality

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

  • Meet established response time and service quality expectations


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service, customer support, or related experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  • Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling customer concerns

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable using computers and web-based applications

  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu City

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing company environment


Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting international customers

  • Experience using CRM or customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar tools

  • Background in BPO, customer success, technical support, or client services

  • Experience handling email and live chat support
